You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

- By accessing more than 20% of the course content or downloading any core learning materials, you waive your right to a refund.
- All course materials, videos, branding, and assets are owned by Benjamin Last (Temple Step).
- You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
- Affiliates may promote the course using approved referral links.
- Commission rates and terms are defined in the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
- Affiliates must act ethically and follow Temple Step branding guidelines.
- Access to the affiliate program is granted manually and may be revoked at any time.
- Affiliates must not misrepresent their relationship to Temple Step or offer unapproved discounts.
- A stable internet connection and modern device are required to access course materials.

While we aim for consistent uptime, we are not liable for interruptions due to third-party service outages (e.g., LearnWorlds, Vimeo, Stripe).
- Temple Step is not responsible for compatibility issues with outdated browsers, ad blockers, or unsupported devices.
Your order is confirmed when you receive an email from us.

You’ll receive course access and login instructions within 2–3 business days, or immediately if automated.

If the course is to begin during the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge this will impact your refund rights.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from course participation.
